2. Principles

This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics tools and does not embed external content such as fonts, maps or videos from third parties. Fonts are served locally from our server. We only process personal data where this is necessary to operate the website and to handle your enquiries.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the website, the web server automatically records information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the error-free display and security of the website. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest unless longer retention is required to investigate a security incident. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Contact form and contact by email or phone

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, plant data and your message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Form data is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on the web server.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Downloads and external links

PDF brochures are delivered directly from our server. Links to external websites (e.g. RAK Systemtraining) are only accessed when you click them. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on those websites.

6. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please use the contact details above.
