Sonja Jungbluth – Management Assistant and Project Manager
RAK is getting new reinforcements. Effective April 4, 2019 we will be welcoming Sonja Jungbluth to our team as Management Assistant and Project Manager.
Ms. Jungbluth is a business economist (Betriebswirtin B.A.) and will provide professional and wide ranging support to the growing RAK Industrial Consulting firm.
Kim Rautert – Trouble-shooter for problems in special plants and cryogenic engineering
The founder and Managing Director of RAK Industrial Consulting is Kim Rautert, Mechatronics Engineer and Customer Service Manager. He has been working internationally in the field of special plant engineering for many years now, for clients in research and industry.
In addition to involved commissioning work for a number of plants, the execution of complex repairs, and intricate error diagnostics, Kim Rautert has, through concentrated effort, brought a variety of projects and construction sites to a successful conclusion. In his job as Head of Field Service for a major industrial enterprise in the field of cryogenics he has personally coordinated, organised and performed the commissioning of plants and a number of field projects worldwide. He has been involved in various projects in the field of magnetic cooling for particle accelerators, cold neutron sources and other international research projects.
Kim Rautert is a proven specialist in troubleshooting on noble gas liquefiers and refrigeration plants – give him a challenge!
In addition to his technical specialisation, in recent years Kim Rautert, as Customer Service Manager, has concentrated on employee leadership and customer training and earned the Leadership Expert certificate with top marks.
In our customer training sessions you acquire valuable and practical knowledge which allows you to perform services yourself and, sometimes, to identify and repair (smaller) malfunctions. You acquire tips and tricks for guaranteeing that operations in your plants are (as far as possible) trouble-free –we can of course adapt the training sessions to your individual needs and wishes.
